Refund policy

We want you to have a great trip. If something goes wrong with your eSIM, we'll do our best to fix it — or refund you.

Full refund

You're entitled to a full refund if:

  • Your eSIM never installs on your device (defective profile).
  • Your eSIM cannot connect to any supported network at your destination and our support team confirms the fault is on our side.
  • You purchased the wrong plan and haven't installed it yet — contact us within 30 days.

No refund

  • Once a plan has been installed and connected to a network, unused data is not refundable.
  • Data used at your destination is not refundable.
  • Plans that expire naturally at end of validity are not refundable.

How to request

Email support@esimple.store with your order number. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
