Terms of service

Last updated July 2026

1. About us

eSIMple is a trading name of BIA Tech Sec LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17291329.

Registered office: 120 Caledon Close, Hull, HU9 4EQ, United Kingdom.

Email: support@esimple.store

These Terms govern purchases made through esimple.store and the use of eSIM products and related services supplied by us.

2. About the service

We sell digital eSIM profiles and prepaid mobile-data plans for compatible, network-unlocked devices.

Unless expressly stated on the selected product page, our eSIM plans:

  • provide mobile data only;
  • do not include a traditional telephone number;
  • do not include voice calls or SMS;
  • depend on third-party mobile networks;
  • and are intended for temporary travel connectivity.

Applications such as WhatsApp, FaceTime, Signal and other internet-based communication services may function using mobile data, but they are provided by independent third parties.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to purchase from us.

Where you purchase on behalf of a business or another person, you confirm that you have authority to do so and that the intended user has been informed of the relevant product requirements.

4. Product information

The product page and checkout will identify, where applicable:

  • the covered destination or destinations;
  • the data allowance or daily high-speed allowance;
  • the validity period;
  • whether the plan is fixed-data or unlimited/day-pass;
  • any fair-use restriction;
  • the speed available after the high-speed allowance is exhausted;
  • the activation trigger;
  • whether hotspot or tethering is supported;
  • whether the plan is reloadable;
  • and any material installation requirements.

Coverage, network technology and speeds are subject to the availability and performance of third-party mobile networks.

References to 4G, LTE or 5G mean that the plan may connect to that technology where it is supported by the plan, device, location and local network. They are not guarantees that a particular technology or speed will always be available.

5. Device compatibility

Before purchasing, you must confirm that:

  • your device supports eSIM;
  • your exact device model and regional variant support eSIM;
  • your device is network-unlocked;
  • your device has sufficient capacity to install an additional eSIM;
  • and you can access the settings required to install and use it.

Device-model lists are provided as guidance. Compatibility may vary by model number, country of purchase, carrier and software version.

The presence of an EID and an "Add eSIM" or equivalent setting is a strong indication of compatibility, but it does not guarantee that the device is network-unlocked.

6. Placing an order

You may place an order by selecting a plan, providing the required information, accepting these Terms and completing payment.

An order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send an order-confirmation email or otherwise confirm that the order has been accepted.

We may reject or cancel an order before provisioning where:

  • payment has not been authorised;
  • the plan is no longer available;
  • the displayed price is clearly erroneous;
  • fraud or misuse is suspected;
  • legal or regulatory restrictions apply;
  • or we cannot provision the selected product.

Where we cancel an order after payment but before supply, we will refund the amount paid.

7. Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed in GBP and include any taxes that we are legally required to include, unless the checkout clearly states otherwise.

The total payable amount will be displayed before you place the order.

Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider shown at checkout. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card number.

Your bank or card issuer may apply currency-conversion fees, foreign-transaction fees or other charges. These charges are imposed by the financial institution and are not controlled by us.

8. Digital delivery

After successful payment, we will normally deliver the eSIM electronically through email, your customer account, an installation page or another method disclosed at checkout.

You are responsible for:

  • providing a correct and accessible email address;
  • checking spam and junk folders;
  • safeguarding the QR code and activation information;
  • and contacting us promptly if the eSIM is not received.

You must not publish, share or forward an unused eSIM QR code to an unauthorised person.

9. Immediate supply and cancellation rights

The eSIM is digital content supplied electronically.

Where you ask us to begin supplying the digital content during any applicable statutory cancellation period, we will request your express consent to immediate supply and your acknowledgement that your right to cancel may be affected once supply begins.

This does not affect your statutory rights where the eSIM is faulty, does not match its description or is otherwise not supplied with reasonable care and skill.

10. Installation and activation

The activation rule is displayed for the selected plan.

Depending on the product, validity may begin:

  • when the eSIM first connects to a supported network; or
  • when the eSIM is installed and activated on the device.

You must review the activation rule before installation.

Where a plan begins on first installation, installing it too early may reduce the remaining validity available during travel.

Where a plan begins on first connection, you may normally install it in advance, subject to any installation deadline displayed for that plan.

11. Unlimited and day-pass plans

An unlimited or day-pass plan includes a daily allowance of high-speed data.

After the daily high-speed allowance is used, data remains available at a reduced speed for the remainder of the applicable daily period, subject to network availability and the fair-use policy.

Post-fair-use speeds are described as "up to" or approximate speeds and may be lower because of coverage, congestion, routing, device performance and other network conditions.

The daily allowance normally renews approximately every 24 hours. The precise reset time may depend on the underlying carrier or carrier timezone.

Unless the selected product expressly states otherwise, unlimited/day-pass plans cannot currently be topped up. You must choose the complete number of required days when purchasing.

12. Fixed-data plans and top-ups

A fixed-data plan provides a total data allowance for the stated validity period.

When the allowance is exhausted, the service may stop unless the plan is eligible for a top-up.

Top-up eligibility is product-specific. A reloadable plan may be topped up only while it remains eligible under the supplier's rules. Expired, single-use and non-reloadable plans cannot be topped up.

Purchasing a new plan may require installing a new eSIM profile.

13. Network coverage and performance

Connectivity is delivered using third-party mobile networks and eSIM suppliers.

We do not own or control the local networks used by the service. Availability can be affected by:

  • geographic coverage;
  • buildings and terrain;
  • congestion;
  • network maintenance;
  • local restrictions;
  • device bands and settings;
  • carrier prioritisation;
  • roaming arrangements;
  • and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a minimum speed, a particular local network or permanent access to 5G.

Where a product lists multiple supported networks, the device may select a network automatically. Manual network selection may sometimes be required.

14. Data routing

Travel eSIM traffic may be routed through a home network or gateway located outside the country being visited. This may affect latency, apparent IP location and access to location-sensitive services.

The eSIM allows access through supported local partner networks but should not be interpreted as a locally issued domestic mobile subscription unless the product specifically states this.

15. Customer responsibilities

You must:

  • follow the installation and configuration instructions;
  • enable data roaming for the travel eSIM where required;
  • disable data roaming on your home SIM if you wish to avoid home-carrier roaming charges;
  • select the eSIM as the mobile-data line;
  • configure the APN where required;
  • keep the QR code and activation credentials secure;
  • and contact us while the problem is occurring where troubleshooting is reasonably possible.

You must not:

  • use the service unlawfully;
  • interfere with networks or systems;
  • send spam or malicious traffic;
  • attempt unauthorised access;
  • resell the eSIM without written permission;
  • duplicate or distribute activation credentials;
  • or use the service in a way that breaches applicable telecommunications or acceptable-use rules.

16. Deleted, transferred or reinstalled eSIMs

Many eSIM profiles can only be installed once and cannot be transferred to another device.

Do not delete the eSIM until the plan has expired and you no longer require it.

We do not guarantee that a deleted eSIM can be restored or reissued. Where restoration is technically possible, we may require additional verification.

17. Support and troubleshooting

Support is available through the contact methods published on the website.

To investigate a connection problem, we may ask for:

  • your order number;
  • your device model;
  • your current country and approximate location;
  • screenshots of relevant settings;
  • the displayed network;
  • APN information;
  • and the troubleshooting steps already completed.

Never send us your complete payment-card details, account password or publicly expose your eSIM QR code.

You must provide a reasonable opportunity for us to diagnose and correct a reported technical issue.

18. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms or the Refund Policy limits statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

19. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

  • fraud;
  • unlawful use;
  • network abuse;
  • a security incident;
  • a payment dispute;
  • sanctions or legal restrictions;
  • supplier instruction;
  • or a material breach of these Terms.

Where reasonably possible, we will explain the reason for suspension. We may be unable to provide full details where doing so would compromise security, fraud prevention or a legal obligation.

20. Intellectual property

The website, branding, written content, graphics and software are owned by or licensed to us.

Purchasing an eSIM gives you a limited right to install and use that product in accordance with these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of any platform, software or intellectual property.

21. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or breach of statutory consumer rights.

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for:

  • losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was formed;
  • business losses where you purchased as a consumer;
  • home-carrier roaming charges caused by incorrect device settings;
  • loss caused by an incompatible or locked device where compatibility information was correctly presented;
  • loss caused by deleting or disclosing the eSIM credentials;
  • or failures caused solely by third-party networks outside our reasonable control.

This section does not remove any remedy available to you under consumer law.

22. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including widespread telecommunications outages, natural disasters, war, civil disruption, government restrictions, cyber incidents affecting third parties or supplier platform failure.

We will take reasonable steps to reduce customer impact and communicate known material incidents.

23. Complaints

Contact us first so that we can investigate:

Email: support@esimple.store
Contact form: /contact

Include your order number and a clear explanation of the issue and requested resolution.

We aim to acknowledge complaints within two business days and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days, although complex network investigations may take longer.

24. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, regulatory, supplier, security or operational changes.

The Terms applicable to an order are normally the version accepted when that order was placed, except where a change is required by law or benefits the customer without reducing existing rights.

25. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts applicable to your place of residence.
